At 4pm, i was feeling like having a break and so gathered some of my colleagues at the office pantry to chill. Brought out my cookies, pop tarts and raspberry tartlets and we made our teas n coffees. When my colleague started telling us a story of how someone she knew died and their thoughts on death, we went on a roll about writing our wills, where to store em, how to write em and how we wanted our funerals to be. Another colleague came up with an idea of having a "goodbye" video played for friends n family at the funeral... another colleague wanted to have a theme of no-black to the funeral... specifying in your will the type of dress u wanted to wear, the photo you would use, whether to cremate, mummify or bury... then we discussed about have funeral favors given when our guests arrive plus souvenir "goodbye" vcd or dvd for everyone... then we went on to outrageous ideas of preserving our bodies... stuffing it and keeping at home for all to remember.... or leave our ashes stuffed in your child''s favourite stuffed toy so that we can be close to those we love... or put our ashes in a unsuspecting cookie box so that it doesn't look so grim but what if someone opens it and tries some for taste! We went on n on... it was fun...i guess it was a great de-stressing time!!!
We enjoyed it so much that we wanted to make it a regular chill out time on a thursday afternoon!
